What Clareo Does

Clareo measures what matters: can AI engines actually find and recommend your business? Our blind test asks ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity real industry questions without mentioning your name, then checks if they recommend you.

Combined with 45+ checks across technical accessibility, content quality, and online presence, you get a composite findability score from 0 to 100 — based on the principles of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — with specific, prioritized recommendations to improve.

Our Story

My name is Michael, founder of Clareo. With a master's degree in architecture, I worked as an architect for several years before moving into cost estimation, technical design, and software — where I discovered the potential of AI. I started developing custom AI systems in my field, and kept running into the same blind spot: nobody knew whether AI search engines could find them — and there wasn't a single tool to measure it.

That gap became Clareo. I started developing in late 2025, and what began as a diagnostic tool has grown into a full analysis platform for businesses across Europe — from Belgium and the Netherlands to France, Luxembourg, the UK, and Ireland.
